Mission Hunar-e-Khatoon: Empowering 200 Daughters of Nagpur to Lead the Classrooms of Tomorrow NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA — In the heart of Nagpur, a quiet revolution is taking shape. Darul Madinah Group of Companies, under the leadership of Director Arif Shaikh, has announced its most ambitious social initiative yet: "Mission Hunar-e-Khatoon." The Vision: From Learners to Leaders The mission is simple yet profound: to identify 200 talented women and girls from economically weaker sections and transform them into certified, professional Pre-Primary teachers. "We don't just want to give them a degree; we want to give them dignity and a career," says Arif Shaikh. "A trained female teacher doesn't just educate a child; she stabilizes an entire family's future." The Strategy: Education at Your Doorstep ,To ensure that distance and safety aren't barriers to education, the academy is establishing 10 decentralized training centers across Nagpur. These centers will be located in areas including: Timki, Mominpura, Hasan Bagh, Kharbi, Taj Bagh, Teka, Bhilgaon, Jafar Nagar, Nara, Borgaon, and more. Each center will adopt 20 students, providing them with a 1-Year Diploma in Pre-Primary Teacher Training, focusing on modern pedagogy, child psychology, and moral values. The Challenge: Breaking Financial Barriers The total cost to train one student—including tuition, study materials, and examination fees—is ₹7,000. While the academy has subsidized the costs, the total fund required to empower 200 women stands at ₹14 Lakhs. This is where the community comes in. Through a Crowdfunding Campaign, Mission Hunar-e-Khatoon is inviting citizens to become "Sponsors of Hope." "For just ₹7,000, you can sponsor the complete education of one daughter. It’s not a donation; it’s an investment in a generation," the mission appeal states. What Makes This Course Unique? Unlike traditional courses, Mission Hunar-e-Khatoon blends Smart Technology with Tarbiyat (Moral Upbringing). Students will learn: Digital Literacy: Handling smart classrooms and educational tools. Soft Skills: Communication and classroom management. Employment Guarantee: Placement assistance within the Darul Madinah Smart Schools network and other local institutions.
